The K8LX style (ugly, simple, sometimes effective) is a pigtail
connected, at the rotator end, to either the terminal strip if
it is in good shape, or run through a hole drilled in the terminal
strip and soldered internally to the neccessary points.

The other end of the pigtail terminates in a eurostyle terminal
strip (available at RS). After connections are made, this terminal
strip is merely shoved up into a short piece of PVC pipe with a cap
on the top end, which is taped to a tower leg.
