[TowerTalk] Securing cables to rotors

The Yaesu rotators have the right idea.  Attach a pigtail to your TR44 or
other HyGain  rotator and either use waterproof connectors or tape with
WX sealing and vinyl tape.  It makes swapping out rotators much easier.
