[TowerTalk] Power x RG58

The power rating of coax varies approximately with the square root
of frequency ( 2 X freq power, is divided by 1.414; 4 x freq, power
is divided by 2). The power loss is converted to heat so the actual
power handling is influenced greatly by duty cycle. FM, RTTY, full
carrier AM heat up the coax much more than SSB or CW. I would not
use RG-58 at kilowatt levels myself even though it might not melt!
