[TowerTalk] Triex question

A friend of mine called and asked if a Tri-ex TM-490 was a good tower. It
is used (I have no idea about the condition) tower.

He said the fellow selling it wants $2000, and told him it was a 90 footer.
Does this all make sense, and is it a good tower for medium size antennas
like maybe 7-10 sq ft with a long boom?
