[TowerTalk] great circle map with beam headings

I remember back in the Commodore 64 days that I had a program in basic which
allowed you to enter your location & it would print out headings, distances &
reverse headings to all the DXCC countries.  It was written by a ham, whose
call I can't remember, but perhaps he or someone else has written such a
program for present day computers, compatible with Windows.
Does anyone know??
