[TowerTalk] Help-US Tower Cable Markings

Received new cables and pulleys from U S Tower for my TX472. The three
cables were tagged as follows:

Main cable 110'

#1 cable 21' 1' (thats right 21' 1')

#2 cable 21'

No question where the main cable goes.  My problem is  does #1 cable go to
the inter most section or the outer movable section?

I could use some immediate help on this problem as I have the tower tipped
and the main cable installed and tomorrow (Sunday) is supposed to be a nice
day.  I tried US tower, closed.  Bruce has an unlisted phone and Steve
wasn't available.

So far I have changed three pulleys and only one still rotates. Pays to
include the pulleys when recabling.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
