[TowerTalk] refurbish a Thrust bearing ?

Bill - If your rotator is inside the tower and if the rotator can handle
the vertical load, forget the thrust bearing. I agonized over getting one
20 years when planning the installation of my LM-354. I was advised that
when it seized - and it most probably would, I'd just have to unbolt it,
push it up the mast and forget about it. I passed on the thrust bearing
back then and haven't missed it. Good luck.
