[TowerTalk] Guy Wire lengths

The *horizontal* forces of each guy wire at the tower will be equal,
no matter which you tension first.  If they are not equal, the
tower will move until they are equal.  

With one guy wire longer than the other two, it will exert less
*downward* force than the other two.  I don't think this is a 
problem.
