Doubt seriously that the firemen involved have the authority to speak for
the LAFD. The gentleman should call the police, and report the individuals
involved. Even a brain-dead lawyer should have a field day with this one.

Or is this just a "ruse" story,  made up for the purpose of "trolling" as
some call it.
