[TowerTalk] Protecting Exposed Anchor Bolts

I have an MA-770 base. My installer recommended "bolt grout", which I
haven't gotten around to using yet (or locating.) I guess it's something
like the name implies -- a powder that you mix into a paste and that hardens
into a plaster-like or cement-like substance. I belive the main purpose is
to seal the area where the bolt enters the concrete, and not necessarily to
protect the upper threaded part of the bolt (which needs to remain free for
the nuts to be moved for adjustments or removal of the base.) I think you
are supposed to make sort of a pyramid of the stuff around the portion of
the bolt that's below the nut underneath the base plate.

For now, I've slathered my bolts with some automotive grease to keep the
rust at bay on the upper part of the bolts. Anybody know where to get bolt
grout or a suitable substitute?
