[TowerTalk] Tilt-base 25G at side of house - pulley?

Consider building an A-frame, angled from the front of the tower to a point 
behind the tower, straddling the tower and above the roof level of the house. 
 This would require some planning and engineering to be certain that it would 
support the full weight but it should be possible.
