Try a scrap metal dealer.

A place called Merrimac Metals in Nashua, NH often has rolls of copper at
scrap prices. Not flashing but comes in varying widths up to 12".

I bought some 6" wide stuff years ago, looks like it might have been used
for transformers.

Weighs a ton!

There should be similar places around the country.
