[TowerTalk] A dumb question

Yea, I know there is really no dumb question.  But...

I have a Windom 40 that I'm thinking of mounting as a slopper <sp>.
I've done some digging and can't find the answer, of course I could have
missed it.  But, with the antenna running North and South, which end
should be higher or doesn't it matter.
