[TowerTalk] BILAL ISOTRON ?

Anyone here had any experience with the ISOTRON antenna by BILAL in
Colorado?  From time to time I'm in "temporary living guarters"
where a reduced-space antenna would facilitate getting on the air.
Does the ISOTRON work as claimed?
