[TowerTalk] R25G joint bolts

Rohn hardware at embarrassingly low prices. 

      I've never been able to find a local source for the right bolts (grade,
finish, FINE threaded, etc.) so I could not recommend ANY hardware store
substitutes. As always, the LXC Prime Directive applies - "DO what the
manufacturer says". In this case, use the factory hardware.
