[TowerTalk] Force 12 C3 mod for 10 meters

I wasn't imaginative enough in my search of the towertalk 
archives so I will have to bring this subject up again.

A few months or so ago there was some discussion on modifying a 
Force 12 C3 to make it 3 elements on 10 meters.  Can anyone 
provide me with additional information on this modification?
