[TowerTalk] Hygain TH11DX manual needed

I'm looking for a copy of a Hygain TH11DX manual. I've tried Hygain/MFJ
but with all the merging, they can't seen to find a manual. I'm willing
to pay reasonable amount for copy and mail expenses.
