[TowerTalk] messenger cable attachments

I use 3/16" dacron rope, wrapped twice around the messenger cable to
keep it in place, and then tied so that the cables hang 3" or 4" below
the messenger cable.

The dacron rope hangers are spaced approx 4' apart.  Done this way, it
is easy to pull new cables through without any fuss.
