[TowerTalk] FS: Rohn 45 Top Section

Selling a top section to a ROhn 45 tower with rotor plate and 3" thrust
bearing.  It is a few weeks old and has never been used.  I bought it for a
project that I will no longer be doing.  I am in the Western NY area
