All of the Cushcraft antenna manuals there are in PDF format.

The A3WS 12 and 17 meter beam appears to merely be a
trapped two-band three element yagi to which one may clamp
a 30m add-on kit.  Nothing extraordinary, though compact 
and cheap when you can find them used.
