[TowerTalk] Tall verticals

In his book on Low Band DXing, ON4UN details a method
for choking off current below the feed point in a shunt fed
system (3rd ed, page 9-27). This approach could probably
be used at the appropriate point along the length of a "too tall"
system to form a trap (kinda a like the linear loading traps in
a KLM KT-34).
