[TowerTalk] Tall verticals

The trick is to split some PVC pipe, and wrap it around the boom where
it attaches to the tower/rotator/swing-gate and keep it insulated from
the tower. Add a little extra wrap to the coax going out and use a real
balun to keep the DE and anything it's attached to isolated from the
feedline. Only allow electrical connection to those things that you WANT
as additional loading.

Given the stuff you were talking about, a phase inversion was certainly
possible.
