Duh a BIG  Duh!

Thanks to all who offered solutions. They're all valuable-for another time.

I found out what the problem was. A big Duh for me. I didn't realize that
the Pro-Search Control Box has a fuse on the back - just for the rotator's
power supply. I thought that since the box itself was working, that fuse 
was OK.
NOT! The fuse for the Control Box is on the separate power transformer.
The second fuse on the back of the box itself is for the rotator's power
and it was blown.

Problem solved!
