[TowerTalk] hazer cable broken/repair

Hi Jamie,
I would be real careful about using the existing broken cable for this job. It
was apparently weak in the spot where the break occurred and I suspect it is
weak in several other spots as well. You could splice it only to have it break
again at a critcal time.
