[TowerTalk] T2X, new vs rebuilt

Thanks for all the feedback.  The prime argument I have heard for using a
rebuilt is that one of the rebuilt options is to get it with a pigtail,
thus eliminating the terminal strip which apparently is the most common
failing component.  Can a new one be modified to use a pigtail, thus
bypassing the terminal strip?  I suppose this would void the warranty; at
least in our situation where the work is being done by a contractor,
voiding the warranty would not be acceptable.
