[TowerTalk] Radial Length??

Radials lenght somehow depends by radiator height.
If the vertical section is quarterwave or less, the max antenna current 
is at the bottom and the ground radials have to be more in that area 
and to extend until the point were the ground RF current is 
significantely decreased.
If the vertical hasn't its maximum current point at the base (i.e. 
halfwave resonant) the max current density is shifted away the base and 
there is required the ground plane is better (and radials longer).
