[TowerTalk] More Tower Paintin' but different

I have some PVC pipe up on my tower (which is painted flat medium brown, and
fairly inconspicuous).  The PVC is not only as homely as your Cousin Willie,
but also stands out like a beacon.  I have in mind to paint it a friendly
flat medium brown.  My question is whether paint will stick to PVC on a semi
permanent  basis?  Will vinegar/water do the trick?  Anything else work?
Will the Astros continue to be the embarassment of the National League in
'00?
