Scott,

I agree with your approach.  I have found that money talks and you know what
walks.
You can spend hours chasing them, but reverse the charge and get service.
One must
observe the 60 day limit of most credit card companies.  This means, you
order the item,
they should charge you when the item ships.  If they charge you at the time
of order, the
clock is running on your recourse.  If a company cannot ship in 60 days they
do not deserve
the use of your money.  I reset the clock by reversing the charge and
starting anew.
