[TowerTalk] 1st Call

I have owned several Triex towers over the last 20 years. Very pleased with
the towers. Would rate the factory customer service 2 at best on a 1-10 scale.

I Have known Joel for 3-4 years. Never a problem but never purchased
anything but parts. He has always been very fair with me.

He is on vacation as I understand it. I'm for giving this a rest until Joel
is back and can defend his position....which I'm sure he will.
