[TowerTalk] Brake delay adjustment

You add a 10 ohm 1/2 watt resistor in series with the relay coil.
Note: The break delay circuit offered by some does not include it.  I
do.  I suspect the microswitches (they look pretty macro by today's
standards) can handle it.
