[TowerTalk] Hy-Gain TH5 Tuning

Anyone using a TH5 out there?  I picked one up from an old timer that
was getting out of the hobby.  I rebuilt the antenna, new stainless,
trap caps...etc. re-assembled and have it on a side-mount.

I have it set for CW but I can't get the antenna SWR on 15m below 2:1. 
Anyone have any tips on tuning this thing? I've checked my measurements
and all look good per the manual that I have.  Can I tweak the 15m band
by adjusting the driven element?

10m and 20m are fine.
