Dale - I mis-spoke. I just pulled the "book" on mine and it is from
Norm's Rotor Service, called a BD189 Brake Delay Unit. It appears (in
the sketch) to be just a small relay with large cap to delay release. I
haven't opened the box since I installed it last year, so can't confirm.
