[TowerTalk] K8UR array - effect of ground

I withdraw my earlier claim that radials have no effect.  I revisited my
model and tested it with varying ground conductivities and high-accuracy
calculation.  Even specifying merely very good soil (the highest
pre-figured value provided by EZNEC), gain improves by almost 2 dB over the
same antenna modeled over "good" ground.

Evidently, in my previous modeling I was using 4 elevated radials, which
for some reason did not seem to give the same results... (and that'll start
a fight...)
