[TowerTalk] Universal Tower

I remember looking in the past and not finding anything much on Universal on
the Net.  However, www.heightstowers.com has a lot of info - The towers are
essentially the same, I think - either they spun off Universal, or the other
way around.  They have a unique "clamshell" raising fixture, but it's
expensive by the time you get everything you need for this tower.  GL
