[TowerTalk] Any hams doing real-time measurement of angle of arrival?

Is anybody out there doing actual real-time measurement of the angle at
which signals arrive?   (I don't mean switching stack combos or high vs.
low horizontal antennas or horiz vs. vert and comparing S-meter results).

If so, how?
