[TowerTalk] question about shunt feeds

Adding an extention above a large capacitive loading hat hasn't a great
meaning unless when used as a resonance fine tuning. (other "fine tuning"
methods are generally more confortably obtainable without climbing on)
When a capacitive loading is moved down the antenna voltage node the loading
effect is reduced and the resonance of the taller radiator obtained is not
necessarily lowered, at least until the extension above the hat is
consistent.
