    I'm not aware of any site useful for learning about ground systems. The 
PolyPhaser is semi-useful since it's orientation is more theoretical and is 
at the commercial side of the market.

    There is a PolyPhaser booklet called "Protection to Keep You 
Communicating" that isn't bad. I also have a reprint of an article I wrote on 
ham grounding. They're a buck each from Box 572, Woodinville, WA, 98072.

    There are ground system measurement systems available but they aren't ham 
products (MFJ, are you listening? Here's a new product for you!). Your best 
way to tell is to do your homework and learn more about them. You can also go
