No, this is one of the tests a megger is specifically made for. I've had
three of them in the past, and they came with instructions for ground
resistance testing.
I've worked on military contracts that specifically call for testing the
ground resistance with a "Megger".
I no longer have instructions for this because I now use a ground
resistance tester.

Sounds like interesting reading for some of us nerds. Is there a
