[TowerTalk] Wire warning?

Hi all - Just got done repairing my 160m inv vee, trashed by the guy 
who cuts my grass. In the past, I've tried tying pieces of rags to the 
wires near the ground, for better visibility, but they just slide down 
to the bottom. Any suggestions on what to use that will stay in 
place?
