Jorge: I have a K7GCO/TT Christmas present for you. I went to the place
where a lot of my stuff is in storage before shipment to SD and and found
some 3/4, 7/8 & 1" tubing each about 3' long. I can put it in a long box and
mail it to you or would it be better to cut them in half for a shorter
package. I have far more aluminum in SD so if you need any more let me know
or I may have it here. If there is any other DX Station that needs some
short pieces of aluminum, let me know. It's expensive to buy in small
quatities and often very hard to find even in the US. I assume most other
country's aluminum supply has metric tubing--if you could get it.? I've had
the advantage of Boeing Surplus for an aluminum supply and from antennas I've
tested over the years. I'm going mostly to quads. Wire is easy and cheap to
buy. Will it get there OK if I sent it Parcel Post? What are the length
limits? k7gco

<< Hi:
tnx for the mail. I have just solved the problem, but perhaps the tube
not get heavy duty. If you have I need a section of 7/8'' x 5-1/2'',
with
the grooves on both sides to fix to the other sections with the clamps.
