[TowerTalk] MFJ-259B and rechargeable alkaline bateries

Use the RayOVac's for some other purpose, don't charge them with a standard
ni-cad charger. Buy a set of NIMH rechargables...they work great in the
259B. I have quite a few of both types (alk rechrg and nimh) , but only use
the nimh's in the 259B. If you have a Battery Patrol store in your area,
they sell a nice NIMH that I have had good luck with. They only carry one
kind, Varco or something like that. 73
