[TowerTalk] Log Periodics

Same antenna here, at 50 feet.  Too low to be very effective on
40 meters, but awesome everywhere else.  Just missed DXCC
on 40 meters in CQWW SSB.  Guess I didn't spend enough time there.

Also use the M2 rotor, and find that PC control sometimes reprograms
the "stops", blocking things at 345 degrees.  This happens if I send the
control a rotate command from the PC before I turn the control ON.  That
gets frustrating because I never remember how to reprogram it and have to
search for the manual and try to decipher what it says yet again.

But otherwise, totally quality stuff.

Still thinking about what to do for 80/160 in the ARRL DX in the spring.
