[TowerTalk] stack problem solved (stupid)

My face is red.

Now that it is not dark and not raining, it is easy to see what
happened with a pair of field glasses.

Gamma matches of the two antennas are on opposite sides of boom.

The error was that in lowering the antennas, the top antenna has to
face West.  The fixed antenna faces NE.  With them both down, putting
the gamma matches on the SAME side introduces the problem.  I forgot
to account for the additional rotation of the top one when the beams
are pointed the same way.

At least, I know that the 180 degree out of phase case works as
predicted.
Hopefully, that means the in phase configuration will be OK too.
