[TowerTalk] stack problem solved (stupid)

In my stack, I used a box to switch in 1/2 wavelength of line to one of
the beams to make it "out of phase"   You could do the same for "in
phase" and not have to take down the beams.  (Or just add 1/2 WL to one
line) (don't forget the velocity factor!)
