[TowerTalk] boom spinning on a mast fix

Years ago an Elmer showed me a trick.
At Casa Depot they sell 2" wide traction tape.
It's the stuff you put on stairs and is adhesive on one side and like rough
sandpaper on the business side.
I run one wrap around the mast under the boom to mast clamp.

This also works at the mast to rotator clamp.
The grit really digs into the metal and prevents spinning.
