[TowerTalk] Homebrew Towers & Liability

I think it would be a lot easier and safer to find
some good, used tower.  I see used tower sections and
complete tower installations for sale quite often. 
Most seem to be reasonably priced, especially the Rohn
25 stuff.  Everybody around here seems to be hot for
45 & 55.
