to a number of factors.

With regards to a refund, that is not an option.  We will honor our warranty
and repair or replace anything found defective.

The next e-mail which you will receive from us will be when the antenna is
ready to ship.

As I explained to you last time, we will contact you when the antenna is
ready.

You were made fully aware that since your public actions, the only way we
would work with you is if we had the antenna back for evaluation.  It has
been our belief from the start that your problems were due to installation
errors.

By having the antenna back, we can verify and document that the antenna we
shipped you works.  All our preliminary ground evaluations indicate that the
component parts are checking out; however, we won't be able to verify this
until all the tests are completed.

Prior to sending the antenna back, you were made fully aware that no time
table would be set.  I explained to you that you would be bumped for other
pressing matters, which you had no problem with.  We also discussed any
possible delays mother nature could add as well as any other unforeseen
delays, which you understood.

Since you have continued to make this issue a public matter, I suggest you
give me your attorney's contact information, and I will have our attorney
contact him.

Mr. Hammers:

You should know R&D in antenna designs can take several weeks or several
months to complete a design from start to finish.  I told you before you
sent your antenna back, that our product development schedule came first.  I
am not going to rehash the delays, but you know very well that some things
cannot be rushed nor avoided.

We are very close to having your antenna's evaluation completed.  I cannot
commit to a completion date as I am not involved in the evaluation, it is
out of my hands, but I am told it will be very soon.

The choice is yours.  You can wait until we are finished and get your
antenna back, or you can proceed with your suit.  As I am sure your attorney
has informed you, that process could drag this situation out for the next
couple of years and you would still be without the antenna.

We know the antenna design works.  We have been in business for over 50
years and all our designs work and our reputation backs that up.  You paid
for antenna that works and we are making sure that is what we sent you, and
if there is something wrong with yours, we will repair or replace whatever
may be defective.

Upon legal advice, this will be our last contact with you other than when
our evaluation has been completed.  Any more e-mail demanding any kind of a
reponse will not be answered.
