[TowerTalk] CC & Rs...How to REALLY know

Lane,
I would make the title company responsible. There are a ton of title
companies and they are very competitive.
I required a clause, assured by the title company, that no CC&R's
existed, outside of public law, that would restrict towers and antennas.
They did their homework and complied with my request to get my business.
