I think Heights "spun off" from Universal (or vice versa). Heights seems to
be the same tower, but they do the bases different than Universal as I
remember. Universal uses the typical cube of concrete, and Heights calls
for a sonna tube with rebar cage arrangement. Heights also offers a
"clamshell" device that will tilt the whole thing over from the base.
Heights is relatively expensive, but has a good reputation for quality
stuff.
