[TowerTalk] ROHN 25G Foldover Tower

I am trying to find out some information of a 58 foot  ROHN 25G foldover
tower.  Is it possible to take this tower up to say 70 feet ?  I am told
that the top sections is 8 ft not 10. and consist of 5 10 ft sections and
that it folds over at the 21.5 ft level.  Hand winch,  My Rohn catalog is
all packed up with all my other reference book so can't really find out
anything on this tower.  Fair price in good condtion would be what ?  Thanks
for any info
